How are the paintings shipped?
The paintings are shipped via the EMS or the DHL representatives. EMS is an international postal Express Mail Service, for documents and merchandise. DHL is one of the international market leaders in express delivery with over 50 years of successful experience.
What country is the delivery from?
All shipments are carried out from our gallery in the Russian Federation.
To which countries can paintings be delivered?
Paintings can be delivered to the most countries in the world that accept international mail.
Does my country have the EMS or the DHL representative?
EMS and DHL are present in the most modern countries of the world.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery takes from 8 to 30 calendar days from the date of shipment. Most shipments are delivered within the 15 calendar days.
How do you pack the paintings before shipping?
Paintings are sent rolled up in the solid tube. We do not recommend sending paintings on a stretcher and in a frame in order to preserve the shipment.
Is it possible to track the shipment online?
The shipment can be tracked online on a website of the shipping company.
What is the cost of delivery?
Shipping cost is shown on the checkout page. This cost includes packing, export permit from the Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation, courier services, delivery. In some cases (large number of paintings in one shipment, large package size, etc.), the cost of delivery is discussed with the buyer additionally and may be more.
Who is responsible for taxes, customs and import fees?
Export taxes, customs are typically the responsibility of the seller and are included into the shipping cost. Import fees are typically the responsibility of the buyer and are not included into the shipping cost.
